Return & Exchange Policy :

 

Exchange :

You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange Process :

 

  1. A courier will be sent within 48 hours to collect the item.
  2. Once the item arrives at our store (within 2 working days), it will be inspected.
  3. The replacement item will be shipped within 2–3 working days.

 

Exchange Conditions :

To be eligible for an exchange:


  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Authenticity tags must remain attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box, placed inside a protective shipping box.
  • Items must be shipped back within 3 days after exchange approval.


Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

 



Refund Policy

  • Items must be unwashed , unused, and in original condition.
  • Authenticity tags must remain attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box, placed inside a protective shipping box.


Refund Process :

 

 

  1. A courier will be sent within 48 hours to collect the item.
  2. Once the item arrives at our store, it will be inspected and verified.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your bank account within 10–14 working days.



Refunds are processed to the original payment method and exclude shipping charges.

Important :

Packages may only be opened and checked while the courier is at the door.

Refund requests are not accepted after the courier leaves For checking shipment  orders upon delivery.

Please return items using the original packaging your order arrived in.

 

If unavailable, use a secure protective box to protect the shoe box during shipping.


Returns sent without protecting the original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
