1. Are the shoes original?
Yes, original 100%.
2. Is it possible to open the shipment upon delivery to check if size fits ?
Yes, absolutely. You can open the shipment when it arrives and check the product and size before you accept it
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed in 2–3 working days within Cairo and 3–4 outside Cairo. Times may vary during peak periods.
3. How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
4. How is delivery arranged?
The courier will contact you by phone to schedule a convenient delivery time after you receive the confirmation.
5. Can I request an exchange?
Yes, exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
6. What is the exchange process?
A courier will collect the item within 48 hours. After inspection in our store (within 2 days), the replacement will be shipped in 2–3 working days.
7. What are the conditions for an exchange?
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and returned within 2 days of approval. Items not meeting these criteria may be refused.
9. How do I request a refund?
You may request a refund within 3 days of delivery.
A courier will collect the item within 48 hours. After inspection in our store ,approved refunds are issued within 3– 5 working days
10. How long does a refund take?
Once inspected, approved refunds are issued within 3– 5 working days to your original payment method.
11. How should I package returns?
Please use the original packaging. If not available, ensure a secure box protects the shoe box during shipping. Returns without proper packaging may not qualify for a refund
